Booking & Deposits

• All appointments booked both online and in person require a 50% nonrefundable deposit and goes towards your service total.
• After paying your deposit please use the link in the conformation booking page to fill out your waiver.
• New Skin Care Clients MUST book under “New Skin Treatments” Any other service booked will result in cancellation and forfeit of your deposit.
• Clients who have not been serviced within 3 months of their last appointment are not eligible to book returning client services.

Guests

• No extra guests, children, or pets allowed in the treatment room. Appointment will be canceled if extra guests are brought with you.

Tardiness, No Shows, & Cancellations

• There is a 10 minute grace period. If you’re not in the studio at the 10 minute mark your deposit will be forfeited and remaining balance will be charged.
• Same day cancellations will result in forfeit of deposit and remaining balance will be charged.
• Appointments rescheduled before 24 hours can be rescheduled one week from original appointment or new deposit will be required.
