At Silk Esthetic Beauty, we maintain a firm no-refund policy. For spa services & rituals, we regretfully cannot accommodate any refund requests. All services, including spa packages, once purchased, booked, or completed, are considered final and non-refundable. However, should you wish to exchange for another service of equal or lesser value, such requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Please note that services cannot be refunded based on concerns or expected results. Our commitment is to assist our guests with any concerns and provide guidance on post-treatment protocols and regimens. This may entail a follow-up visit to the spa for a complimentary consultation.

For products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.

No Show / Same Day Cancellation: All no-show appointments are deemed non-refundable. Similarly, same-day cancellations are also non-refundable.
